Note that to identify if a Discipline power has been used (including to target you). Your character must have a Kindred Lore Skill Level of 4, have had the power used on you before, own the Discipline in question to an equal or higher level than the one that has been used that you are trying to identify, or have had the effects of the power explained to you in game. Otherwise, your character will have no idea what has happened or, in the case of the Presence and Dominate Disciplines, self-rationalise the effects.
